How the scoring works
Every answer describes a practice and maps to the KSL maturity scale. All 36 areas carry equal weight. “Don't know” is recorded as unknown, not as absent. Scores are calculated by published rules, not by an AI guess.

- 1 · 25%Person-dependent. It works because a specific person holds it in their head.
- 2 · 50%Defined. It is written down and people know what to do.
- 3 · 75%Systemised. It runs through tools, with records, not memory.
- 4 · 100%Measured. It is reviewed on a rhythm and improved from the numbers.
