About KSL
A growth partner for business owners.
KSL helps growing businesses find what needs attention, decide what matters now and solve it. Operated by Kianduma Solutioning Limited, Nairobi.
What we do
Businesses grow faster than their processes are designed. Weaknesses in ownership, information, decisions, cash, people and customers start to show as problems.
Much advice stops at naming a problem. We work close to the business, through diagnosis, priority, solution, implementation and review, and then again. Sometimes the answer is a system; often it is a process, a rule, a role or a conversation.
The method is the constant: Diagnose → Prioritise → Decide → Implement → Review.
Who we serve
- Owner-led and growing businesses, where growth has started to outpace how the business is designed.
- Founders and managing directors who feel the business still depends on them for too much.
- Operating businesses with customers, staff and real problems, across Kenya and Africa.
Our approach
Five steps, repeated as the business grows.
- DiagnoseWhat is really wrong? We look across the whole business, using evidence rather than opinion, and separate symptoms from causes. The Diagnostic is where this starts.
- PrioritiseWhat matters most now?Of everything that could be improved, we decide what is most painful or most important at this stage. Everything else can wait.
- DecideWhat is the right response? We agree the right response for the cause: a change in process, people, rules, information, technology, training, or a combination.
- ImplementIs it in daily use?The change is put into daily use, with owners, training and support. Not a recommendation left behind.
- ReviewDid it work?We check whether it worked by measuring it, then return to the start with the next problem the growth has revealed.

How we think about a business
01Diagnose before deciding.
Symptoms are visible; causes usually are not. The first explanation of a problem is rarely the right one.
02One problem at a time, the right one first.
A business cannot fix everything at once. The skill is knowing what matters now.
03The problem comes before the technology.
Systems should serve how the business is designed to run. Most failed systems automated a problem nobody had defined.
04A recommendation is not a result.
Change only counts once it is in daily use, with owners, rules and the people trained to run it.
05Measure improvement; don't assume it.
If it didn't move, it didn't work. Review is part of the work, not an afterthought.
06Growth shouldn't need the founder everywhere.
If growth depends on permanent founder intervention, the business has a ceiling: the founder's hours.
Experience and evidence
The body of work behind every engagement. Client outcomes are published only with each owner's approval.
